Enroll or Change Product

You can use the secure online form below, or contact the supplier, Constellation, at (800) 699-4014, to enroll in any of Townsend Community Electricity products or change your product. Once service has begun, your choice will be reflected on your following month’s electricity bill for the previous month’s service. It may take up to two billing cycles to complete enrollment based on your meter read date.

Please note: If you are a new medium, large or very large business customer, or if you have previously opted out of the program, the supplier has the option to offer a market price. Market prices will be offered by the electricity supplier in writing or phone, and you will not be enrolled in that price unless you affirmatively accept.
